GuestReviews provides four levels of service to meet the needs of everyone, from a small business to multiple property operators. The feedback principles at each level are all the same, but the differences are in the degree of data access and special features provided. Just select the plan that provides the features you need at the price you can afford and then register online.

"Basic" Service Features
Our entry level of service provides you with promotional tools and a basic overview of how your guests rate their experience. The "Basic" level of service includes:
  • Real-time, online survey format
  • 55 standard measurements of guest satisfaction
  • Formatted, print-ready survey invitations including email version
  • Direct survey link from your web site
  • Access to online Instant ScoreCard™ survey results
  • License to display trademarked rating scores on your website
  • Option for ARVC members to display rating scores on GoCampingAmerica.com

"Standard" Service Features
Our second level of service provides added features for those who need to know more about how individual guests feel about their experiences. Our "Standard" level of service includes all of the "Basic" features plus online access to drill down to individual guest responses and more information.
  • View responses for all 76 questions
  • Print individual survey responses
  • View and print written comments

"Deluxe" Service Features
Our "Deluxe" service level includes all of the "Standard" features plus one additional feature for parks who want to know immediately if there were any serious problems during a guest's visit. Our Automatic Notification feature provides you the ability to quickly investigate and respond appropriately.
  • Receive automatic email notifications for guest surveys that include a serious concern or negative score

"Premium" Service Features
The "Premium" service level provides you with a complete tool kit to prioritize your business strategies. This level includes all of the "Deluxe" features plus access to additional information and analysis.
  • Detailed reports printed twice a year that include:
    • Statistical analysis of the 55 standard measurements of satisfaction
    • Guest demographics statistics
    • Marketing Sources statistics
    • Guest problem analysis
    • Benchmarking comparisons with prior year statistics
  • Optional custom or additional statistical reports
