GuestReviews offers four levels of service to meet the needs of everyone from "Mom & Pop" to corporate properties. The feedback principles at each level are all the same, just select the plan that provides the features you need at the price you can afford, and then register on-line.

"Basic" Service Features
Our entry level of service provides you with a basic overview of how your guests rate their experience. The "Basic" level of service includes:
  • Professionally designed survey invitation cards and emails.
  • Confidential on-line surveys pinpointing 34 standard measurements of guest satisfaction.
  • Access to your on-line Instant ScoreCard to view survey results.
  • Option to display the following five categories of survey results as "Guest Ratings" on GoCampingAmerica.com:
    • Overall Experience
    • Service Quality
    • Property Condition
    • Accomodations (Sites & Rental Units)
    • Restroom Condition

"Standard" Service Features
Our second level of service is for those who need to know more about how individual guests feel about their experience. Our "Standard" level of service includes all the features of "Basic" plus it provides you with on-line access to drill down to individual guest responses and more.
  • Access to view and print written guest comments.
  • Direct link from your web site to the GuestReviews survey page.
  • Additional survey data collected from multiple sources.
  • License to display Guest Ratings on your website or in printed advertising.
  • Ability to view and print completed individual guest surveys.

"Deluxe" Service Features
Our "Deluxe" service level includes all of the "Standard" features plus one additional feature for parks who need to know immediately if there are any serious problems with a guest's experience. Our instant notification feature provides you the ability to quickly investigate and respond appropriately.
  • You receive an instant email notification for any guest survey that includes a serious service or safety concern.

"Premium" Service Features
The "Premium" service level provides you with a complete tool kit to prioritize your business strategies. This level includes all of the "Deluxe" features plus access to additional information and analysis.
  • Access to response statistics for 11 additional questions.
  • Optional printed surveys in addition to on-line.
  • Additional survey data collected from multiple sources.
  • License to display Guest Ratings on your website or in printed advertising.
  • Printed detailed statistical reports including:
    • Survey statistics for 34 standard measurements
    • Demographic statistic summary
    • Additional questions statistics
    • Guest problem summary
    • Comparisons to industry and prior year statistics
